AECOM has a position opening for an Advanced Power Platform Engineer to support our growing Energy Business Line. For this role, AECOM offers the freedom and flexibility to work remotely and/or be located at a variety of Energy offices located in multiple locations across the United States. This is an excellent career opportunity for an engineer with a strong technical background looking to grow into a project leadership role.

Job Summary
• Design, create, and maintain automated processes, dashboards, and data structures which supply them.
• Understand what clients need to do with data and work with experts and coworkers to accomplish it.
• Query databases and use APIs to obtain data.
• Suggest innovative solutions for client requirements.
• Initiate contact with mentors and coworkers to work through problems and questions.
• Engage with coworkers and clients throughout the US and Canada.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related degree with relevant coursework or equivalent work experience with 2 years of experience.
• Experience designing and building sophisticated dashboards using PowerBI, Tableau, or a competitive product
• Experience designing and building tools for process automation solutions using Azure PowerApps and PowerAutomate
• Experience with ETL processes at a commercial scale
• Due to the nature of the work, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• ArcGIS/ESRI dashboarding experience.
• Experience designing SQL Server databases
