Job Description

AECOM is seeking a Civil Engineering Intern to be based in San Diego, CA.

This position is expected to begin in August 2023.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Internships are designed to introduce and build essential, hands on skills that differ from those attained in the academic arena and help to enhance the transition from student to professional.
• Interns are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience within their field of study.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidate must be currently enrolled in a university program pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline with the intent to continue enrollment after an internship.
• Must have completed 1 year of study in the applicable program.
• Due to the nature of this role, US citizenship is required.
• Valid Driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of CADD program applications.

• Relocation is not available for this position.
• Sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The hourly range for this position is $18.00 - $33.00.
