AECOM Tishman is seeking a Low Voltage Project Manager for our exciting project at JFK Airport, Terminal 1.

Job Description:

• Directs and managers the entire project, guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.
• Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
• Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout.
• Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements :

• BA/BS + 10 years of relevant experience in low voltage, special systems or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in airport or aviation systems
• Experience with low voltage systems such as security systems, access controls systems and various other control systems.
• Experience in organizing, physical planning, facility development, access studies; and a broad range of experience in airport or aviation activities.
• Experience in Microsoft office to include Excel, Outlook, Word, etc. As well as other construction-based computer programs.
• Offered rate of compensation (New York City only) will be based on individual education, qualification, experience and work location. The salary range for the position is $153,525.49 - $284,022.16 annually (exempt).

• This position is located in Jamaica, Queens, NY and is not hybrid nor remote.
