We support public sector clients, including cities, counties, transportation agencies, and utilities, in developing and implementing programs and policies to achieve their climate action goals. The analyst will support a wide variety of projects related to policy and program design, prioritization and phasing of projects, development of governance mechanisms, and funding and financing strategies.

These tasks may include developing and implementing quantitative analytical approaches; conducting data analysis, economic and financial modeling, literature reviews, and stakeholder interviews; and developing graphics and presentations to communicate key findings for both the client and the public. • Socioeconomic analysis
    • Equitable policy and strategy development related to infrastructure delivery
    • Funding and financing strategy for public sector investments
    • Implementation of new public policies and programs
    • Benefit-cost analysis for climate change vulnerability and action and adaptation plans
    • Triple bottom line / sustainable return on investment assessments
