    Job Description

    AECOM is seeking an Analyst role in our Honolulu, HI office that involves assembling and coordinating information, people, materials, and equipment, along with all the other necessary resources to complete the overall project.

    The position will track expenditures including labor ODC's subs and travel. Track tasks and sub-tasks to ensure satisfactory realization of project contract requirements as budgeted. Your role will include being introduced to the company's financial and cornerstone systems and processes. in the course of the role, you will be introduced to financial terminology, measures, concepts, and principles for the analysis of financial data. You will be exposed to processes that increase recognition of the financial impact of various project actions. Exposure to WBS concepts and principles.

    The duties are including but are not limited to:

    • Researches data for subsequent use in analyzing cost and schedule analysis.
    • Developing knowledge of accounting principles.
    • Exposed to progress/performance data and associated concepts and principles. Assists in the collection of progress data and review of performance trends.
    • Develops knowledge of earned value concepts, principles and methodology.
    • Collects data and produces an initial analysis on manpower, labor hour, and labor cost requirements versus budget limitations.
    • Collects data and produces an initial analysis for tracking actual cost to funding limitations.
    • Provides support for tracking purchase orders and subcontract commitments and expenditures
    • Exposed to the concepts and principles of project revenue and cost
    • Develops knowledge of scope control and change management.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

    • BA/BS + none or demonstrated equivalency of experience and or education
    • US Citizen Required

    Preferred Requirements

    • Experienced with chain of custody forms for laboratory work.
    • Familiarity with Oracle
    • Excellent communication both written and oral in a multidisciplinary environment
    • Willingness to take initiative and work with full accountability
