    Job Responsibilities:

    Providing a cursory review of Contractor submittals for completeness and compliance with the specification requirements while monitoring the Submittal and RFI review process.

    Receiving, logging, and coordinate the processing of all project submittals, RFI’s and RFC’s with EOR's

    Actively maintain As-Build design drawings with latest information resulting from submittal and RFI responses

    Facilitate and assist in communications between Contractor, Owner, Project Design Engineer, and the Project Manager.

    Respond to Contractor letters of correspondence providing interpretation of contract drawings and specifications to resolve problems or conflicts arising on site.

    Participate in review and evaluation of contractor claims and change order proposals.

    Issue all Engineering or Client initiated changes or clarifications of the contract documents to the Contractor and make high level assessment as to the rough order of magnitude and impact

    Work collectively with the Quality Manager to track progress, quality of work, materials and equipment received and/or installed being incorporated into the work.

    Monitor Contractor’s compliance with environmental requirements for control of storm water and air borne emissions / particulate matter and community relations throughout the course of construction.

    Serve as oversight of final inspections, assistance and or preparation of punch list and final determination as to the completeness and acceptability of the Work.

    Qualifications

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    BA/BS + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

    Valid driver's license required

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    10-15 years of related experience preferred with 8+ years of Municipal Water / Wastewater Construction Project experience

    Experience with the installation and startup of large wastewater pumps and associated electrical and controls equipment and systems

    Excellent communication skills for interfacing with internal and external contacts

    Excellent problem-solving skills

    Efficient with Microsoft Office

    CA- PE License
