Job Description

AECOM is seeking a Construction Intern based in Houston, TX.

This position is expected to begin immediately.

• Internships are designed to introduce and build essential, hands on skills that differ from those attained in the academic arena and help to enhance the transition from student to professional.
• Interns are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience within their field of study

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in a university program pursuing a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture, Construction or Civil Engineering (or related) with the intent to continue after the internship, unless graduating.

• Must have completed a minimum of 2 years of study

• Candidates must be US Citizen (or Green Card) to work on required projects

Preferred requirements:

• AutoCAD 2D Knowledge

• Excel knowledge

Additional Information

• Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

• Visa sponsorship to work in the US is not available for this position now or in the future. US Citizenship, Permanent Resident or Green Card holder required to work on projects in this position.

• Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The hourly range is **** $18.6 – $22/hr.
