Job Description

AECOM is looking for a Graduate Product Designer to work with our team on digital initiatives. The successful candidate shall be able to work in a team and independently and produce quality work.

Areas of responsibility include:

• Create user-flow diagrams and wireframes
• Design low to high-fidelity mockups
• Rapid design prototype in Figma
• Design UI elements
• Follow brand guidelines
• Brainstorm on new design solutions
• Manage work priorities for multiple projects
• Participate in collaborative team environments
• Attention to detail and prioritize user experience
• Perform & support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Assist with user training and develop user guides
• Collaborate on project sprints and use sprint management tools
• Coordinate with Development Team

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS + None or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• Bachelor's degree in Design (industrial, interaction, graphic, digital, etc.)
• Must be a US Citizen- Due to the nature of the work

Preferred Requirements:

• Link to Portfolio. Website is a plus.
• Strong typography and graphic design skills
• Master’s in Design
• Proficient in UX tools, such as Figma or Adobe XD
• Knowledgeable in user centric design
• Good verbal and presentation skills
• Desire to work in a collaborative environment
• Good time-management and organizational skills

Additional Information

• Relocation is not available

Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $61,000 - $100,000.
