Job Description

AECOM's Digital Practice and Technology group is seeking a BIM Specialist for their office in Philadelphia, PA.

This position is expected to begin May 2024.

The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Assists with creating and modifying 3D models, 3D CAD elements, and point cloud data.
• Remote and office-based work with various departments to integrate imagery into presentations using existing software.
• May help to create or maintain standards, processes, and goals.
• Provides training and technical support to design staff on the Building Information Modeling system, which provides 3D models using project specifications and content.
• Direct project support and production to assigned projects and create the drawings as required using the standards and content to meet the job requirements (objects within the drawing, doors, lights, etc.).

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS/BA in Construction Management + 2 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of REVIT
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Knowledge of with survey data and processing
• Knowledge of with point cloud data
• Master's degree preferred
