Job Description

We are seeking a Franchise Development Representative for our Accurate Franchising Inc. franchising division who are passionate about sales, business development and growth. In this position you will play a pivotal role in the growth and expansion of our franchise network by generating leads, building relationships and driving sales with prospective franchisees.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Contacting and qualifying new lead opportunities through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and social media.
• Manage the sales pipeline, follow-up, track progress, schedule meetings.
• Educate prospects about franchise business model, opportunities and benefits of joining the system.
• Work closely with the Director of Operations, sales team and clients to coordinate campaigns, refine sales processes, and implement strategies to boost lead generation and franchise sales.

Qualifications

• Entry level position
• Computer proficiency is required.
• Some experience in a customer-facing role or a love for customer interaction.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with particularly strong phone skills.
• An enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and business.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Microsoft Office Suite knowledge required.
