Founded by Artur Guney in 2015, AG Residential has been growing our business and clientele at a very rapid pace, and the company is on moving to the next level. We're expanding our team of high-energy professionals to meet the needs of the business, so we can continue to grow while still providing an exceptional experience to each of our clients.     Who are we looking for?

    The Showing Assistant is an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. Our ideal candidate will have a compelling desire to support the Lead Agent in achieving team success, while being committed to growing their own skills.The Showing Assistant will work with the Lead Agent to find homes that meet the criteria of our clients, drive buyers to homes and allow them to explore homes in person. The Showing Assistant will work with buyers to refine their criteria and show additional homes as needed. A Showing Assistant should be able to successfully show homes to 3 - 4 buyers each month. Showing Agents will not participate in negotiations, contracts, or transaction details. Candidates must hold an active Virginia Real Estate License. An additional Maryland or Washington DC Real Estate License will be beneficial in the role, however is not required as the majority of our business is in Northern Virginia. What's in it for you?

    Qualifications & Skills

    We provide training, coaching, and an abundance of resources to help you achieve your professional and personal goals.

    Valid driver's license with clean driving record

    Must hold current Virginia Real Estate License (additional licenses in MD and DC are a plus)

    Flexible schedule - able to schedule showings weekends and evenings, sometimes without much notice

    Strong communication skills

    Ability to build rapport quickly and connect with clients in person

    Team oriented and learning based

    Exceptional organizational and time management skills

    Compensation

    Compensation is based on EITHER 10% of each deal closed, OR a per-showing flat rate.
