Founded by Artur Guney in 2015, AG Residential has been growing our business and clientele at a very rapid pace, and the company is on moving to the next level. We're expanding our team of high-energy professionals to meet the needs of the business, so we can continue to grow while still providing an exceptional experience to each of our clients. What will you do?
Sales Assistants are the engine that drives the business forward! They will work closely with Listing and Buying Specialists, as well as the Operations team in accomplishing the mission, vision, and goals. The Sales Assistant's activities directly affect the revenue of the company, and as such, they are deeply committed to the team achieving greater levels of success, as well as growing their own skills and real estate sales career. This job will require mental toughness, determination to get a "yes" and not being discouraged by a "no".
These are the standards a high performer will maintain or exceed:
Cultivate relationships and build rapport over the phone to convert leads to appointments
Spend 90% of your time every day on the phone with prospective buyers and sellers to set appointments for the Agents
Provide exceptional service to every potential client
Build and manage a sales pipeline, while maintaining accuracy in the CRM database
Take ownership of leads and actively systematize the conversion process for maximum effectiveness.
Accurately track and report productivity and sales metrics
Understand and internalize evolving real estate trends in local market
Record their productivity and sales metrics and track the results in regular accountability meetings

Compensation
Salaried base plus performance-driven bonuses with annual earning potential of $60K+.
