    This position is working for a prestigious and prolific production company run by directorial talent. This is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate to work in the heart of a fast-paced, well-connected, highly creative environment with competitive compensation commensurate with experience.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    • General administrative support for Story Department Executives, including scheduling, booking travel, managing guests, and other general support tasks
    • Maintain up-to-date awareness of executives' obligations in order to proactively assist, flag, and/or anticipate Company needs
    • Help coordinate requests from the story team surrounding from office spaces to additional needs
    • Prepare and distribute comprehensive follow-up notes for external writers and Company executives
    • Coordinate between Story Department executives and internal and external contacts

    CREATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist in supervising all universe-related materials to ensure cohesion across all Company departments
    • Help track universe narratives across all media explorations and provide lead creatives with story support,
    • Research subjects or image inspiration pulls as requested and guided by Company in-house writers
    • Read scripts, provide notes and/or proofing, as requested
    • Take notes during project story sessions, creative meetings, and calls
    • Compile, coordinate, and distribute project-related materials (e.g. scripts, treatments, pitch decks, and other creative or sales materials) in adherence with Company security protocols, all to be organized in the AGBO Database
    • Assist in liaising with productions on script revisions, preparation, and distribution for all scripts written by in-house writers
    • Administer the distribution of scripts and other creative materials to external contacts in adherence with Company security protocols
    • Help reconcile script versions as they occur during development and production, and document and file in Company's shared repository for easy retrieval
    • Assist in managing the database of incoming creative submissions and help with Weekend Read meetings

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Interest in genre IP which focuses on large worlds suitable for multi-media exploration
    • Grasp of story structure
    • Ability to accurately transcribe notes; revise after the fact to reflect a cohesive overview of the settled-upon story approach
    • Working knowledge of Final Draft (particularly production settings) and PowerPoint
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize based on shifting variables
    • Strong Organizational Skills
