**RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a high-volume desk including phone calls, emails and visitors for the executives
- General administrative duties including: managing calendars, answering phones, travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, organizing departmental meetings and calls
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of executives' obligations in order to proactively assist and/or anticipate needs
- Assist in managing data related to internal projects, including data entry, analysis, and creating data visualization to aid decision-making
- Serve as a liaison between the Innovation Department and other departments within AGBO, as well as with external partners.
- Manage preparation for internal and external meetings, including circulating schedules/agendas
- Help track and enter various project related Persistent follow up with various departments to ensure that deliverables are met on schedule and any relevant activities are coordinated
- Take notes during weekly meetings and roll calls as necessary
- Handle sensitive information related to projects and departmental strategies with utmost confidentiality and discretion
- Continuously learn about new tools and technologies, and potentially assist in the training and development of departmental staff in these areas

**QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years' experience handling the demands of a high-volume desk in the entertainment industry
- Experience with Movie Magic, Frame IO, Pix and similar production software preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Understanding of emerging technologies and their application in the entertainment industry
- Interest in continuous learning, especially in areas related to technology and entertainment
- A degree or coursework in Computer Science, or related technical field, or knowledge of programming languages, software development processes, and computer systems is a bonus
- Exposure to or experience in a technology-driven environment (I.e. virtual production)
- Must possess an eye for detail and be an independent creative problem solver
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to network and liaise with various departments and external partners
- Must have a strong work ethic, sense of humor, and an eagerness to learn
