The ideal candidate for the Inside Sales and Account Manager role is someone that possess or desires to learn leadership qualities, great communication skills, is self-accountable, coachable and will be comfortable working with customers in a face-to-face retail environment!

20% of your time you will be:

Participating in office training

Working on personal development/training of others

One on one coaching in a fun and enjoyable environment

80% of your time you will be:

Obtaining new sales acquisitions directly with person to person contact in a retail store setting

Working with existing customers about service promotions

Team Building and team training

Management training

Customer Retail Sales Associate Requirements:

Minimum high school diploma or GED required

Full time availability (weekends and evenings) (11am to 7pm/10am to 6pm)

Personal/reliable transportation
