REVIVE STAFFING SOLUTIONS is seeking a local, industry experienced, CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER to fill our clients DIRECT HIRE/FTE opportunity in the ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL area. This role will oversee and directly manage the company’s client services, which includes Order Entry, Customer Service and Sales Administration. ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL DIRECT REPORTS (10 +/-)

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• College degree
• CS SERVICE EXPERIENCE IN MANUFACTURING OR DISTRIBUTION
• CONSUMER PRODUCTS – CUSTOMER IS RETAIL BUYERS AND SUPPLY CHAIN TO NATIONAL FOOD COMPANIES
• FOOD DISTRIBUTION, BAKERIES, RESTAURANT CHAINS, CATERING, ETC.… SO FAMILIARITY WITH THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER
• Focus on team performance and development of staff/teams versus individual accomplishments
• Ability to work onsite daily (within a 40 minute commute of the office)

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Will act as office manager for corporate office
2. POC for the office supply/machines and security vendor contacts
3. Facilitate all order fulfillment activities from pre-order entry to delivery
4. Review and releases orders
5. Participate/assists with daily customer service and order entry activities
6. Document and communicate policies and procedures
7. Responsible for coordinating new customer implementations
8. Interacts on a daily basis with customers, sales reps, sales management and various internal departments
