Qualifications:

Senior Level

The individual will need an eye for detail, aptitude for problem solving, experience with AP or Procurement and the ability to work independently once instructions are provided. Experience with SAP and the Ariba tool is highly desired. Strong excel skills with the ability to sift through large amounts of data using pivot tables, v-lookups, etc. Must also have strong communication and organizational skills. An associate or bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Business is preferred.

This role will support the Global Business Services AP/Customer Service Team located in Milwaukee, reporting to the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Tower Lead. Will also interact with managers and analysts in the AP team and members of an Implementation Project team, as well as communicating with users of the tool throughout the business as needed. Client recently implemented Ariba, an SAP tool that fully automates/integrates the Procure-to-Pay process. Assistance is needed resolving post-implementation issues related to the Invoice Management module of the tool, to include, but not limited to:

• Review and approve invoices that are in a "rejected status and re-enter invoices; assist manager with developing and implementing a process for tracking the rejections and communicating with Accounts Payable
• Review invoices that are in a "reconciling status; investigate and follow-up to ensure the these invoices are being addressed and processed
• Review Non-PO and One-Time-Vendor requests to determine origination and validity
• Review and assess "composing status invoices, determine if invoice should be "deleted or if "composing steps are required for completion
• Run and analyze various Ariba reports to assist manager
• Assist in various other reconciliation activities as needed; may require excel manipulation and analysis of large amounts of data
