    Join us and support our fastest growing product, Emergency Assistance Plus (EA+). EA+ provides consumers with emergency travel assistance while away from home.

    AGIA seeks a Marketing Project Coordinator to ensure the successful implementation of marketing campaigns by owning and directing the end-to-end execution of projects. This position coordinates communication between multiple internal departments as well as with external clients, copywriters and brokers. The Marketing Project Coordinator’s facilitation and execution of projects, onboarding of new clients and execution of shared corporate initiatives directly contributes to meeting the stated business goals and/or revenue projections of the Worldwide Rescue and Security business unit.

    What you will do:

    Execute projects per the client marketing plans for the campaign year to meet or exceed revenue projections while keeping projects within budget.

    Assist in the interpretation of historical marketing plan data throughout plan year to make recommendations regarding the best creative and segmentation marketing strategies for current marketing projects, and annually, for future marketing plans.

    Execute and coordinate the completion of all tasks which lead to the timely and effective implementation of all assigned marketing projects, to ensure that high quality service to our clients and customers is maintained and established operating standards are met or exceeded.

    Contribute to negotiation with client’s service providers and internal departments during marketing reviews to ensure final marketing materials are complete, accurate, satisfy key parties’ concerns while still maintaining creative integrity.

    Lead meetings to disseminate key marketing offer information to internal AGIA departments, to ensure workflow clarity, reporting accuracy, eCommerce telesales support, and processing/fulfillment capability.

    Maintain responsibility for implementation and ongoing accuracy of information on client product websites.

    Present innovative ideas for marketing project strategy to increase revenue projections using new marketing creative ideas or list segmentation variables.

    Participate in annual presentation of planning reports internally to management and externally to clients.

    Contribute to and support the Marketing team operation to ensure accomplishment of the department goals.

    Insure all project data in the Campaign management system is correct at all times to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and campaign specific reports that are run from the system.

    Run campaign specific reports as needed and communicate accurately to internal teams as indicated in the marketing process document.

    Assist in providing written feedback when customer inquiries are emailed to the marketing team.

    Execute WRS Social Media and Public Relations plans and assist in content curation and copy development.

    What you need to have:

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

    Minimum one year of marketing experience applying direct response principles and methodologies

    Minimum one year of project management or project team experience

    Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures

    Knowledge of direct mail methodologies

    Knowledge of marketing principles and practices

    Knowledge of project management

    Intermediate proficiency in MS Office

    2% travel
