    AGIA Affinity has a new opening for a Senior Sales Specialist supporting our non-profit division, Unemployment Services Trust. The Sr. Sales Specialist acts as a technical and informational resource for the UST Sales Specialist and provides advance support and backup to the UST Sales Department. This position advances the economic model by driving sales and production goals while ensuring client satisfaction through the sales process and shares responsibility for meeting the annual enrollment goals of the Unemployment Services Trust through enrolling new member agencies.

    What you will do:

    Support and assist the Sales Manager with Sales Specialist.

    Monitor and report on the achievement of team sales goals.

    Assist in motivating sales team to achieve established goals

    Assist with the coaching, hiring, and training in accordance with AGIA guidelines.

    Provide training and communicate expectations to ensure that the Sales Specialists are meeting the expectations of their position.

    Provide sales expertise to develop high levels of performance and team engagement while delivering quality results in established timelines.

    Coach, develop and provide guidance to meet professional and industry best practices and deliver expected results including; develop sales scripts, closing techniques, qualifying techniques.

    Audit call recordings to provide sales guidance and coaching.

    Responsible for providing research assistance to sales team.

    Participate in annual enrollment efforts and drive effort for team annual enrollment goals are met.

    Participate in the UST sales efforts as the senior member of the sales team. Regularly and consistently communicate with prospective leads and enrollees to encourage enrollment and ensure annual enrollment goals are met.

    Present customized sales proposals to individual organizations.

    Utilize eligibility tools provided by the Trust's actuary to asses an organization's suitability and fiscal viability for participation.

    Pilot new sales approaches.

    Serve as an escalation path for unique and/or challenging sales

    Responsible for sales consultations with UST Secure Leads (new product offering). Build strong customer relationships through inbound, follow-up and outbound sales calls to assist prospects in making purchase decisions in a consultative manner over a multi-year period.

    Coordinate with Marketing in development of leads and prospects.

    Work with Marketing and management to inform the marketing strategy.

    Participate in lead generation efforts as directed. Convert leads to request for quotes (RFQ) to ensure enrollment goals.

    Produce regular and ad hoc reports to support the Sales Manager and Sales Specialists.

    Document sales status and notes in Salesforce CRM.

    Present webinars and in person seminars explaining the benefits and services of the program.

    Participate in nonprofit professional networks, maintain relationships with nonprofit industry leaders and keep abreast of relevant legislation.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

    4 years sales experience

    Knowledge of sales principles and practices

    Intermediate proficiency in MS Office

    Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment

    Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner

    Ability to compare and contrast product information and determine best fit for nonprofit

    4% domestic travel
