Position Summary
Agilant Solutions is seeking multiple entry to intermediate level technical Candidates for Contractor positions with our esteemed client which is an Integrated Healthcare Delivery System in the greater NYC area and Long Island. The Specialist will be tasked with collecting data on end user workstations, printers and other related IT devices and entering data into a web portal developed by the customer. This is primarily a contractor position with an initial 3-4-month term. The position will have an option to extend with a potential of a temporary to permanent transition with the organization. The position will require diligence and a professional customer facing appearance and etiquette. The technical inventory specialist will also require desktop navigation skills, the ability to read and mark up floor plans and a personal mode of transportation as the sites are not all efficiently reachable via public transportation. Acceptance of the position will require an extensive Health Screening provided by the customer.
Experience & Expertise
· Team oriented Inventory Specialist/Field Technician who works well with team members
· Exceptional communication skills
· Experience in On-Site device surveys a plus
· Experience with IT implementation, deployment, and support in Health Care environments a plus
Minimum Qualifications
· 1-to-3-year experience in a desktop support or related IT experience
· Must have proof of COVID vaccination
· Excellent communication, presentation skills
· Strong customer facing and presentation skills, organizational skills, professional presence, and work in team environment
Compensation: $19 to $21 Per Hour
Location: Staten Island/Queens/Nassau/Suffolk/ NYC
