Benefits Reps are engaged in direct client interaction with the support of our diverse team of professionals at an assigned location. Benefits Reps will be responsible for contacting and scheduling appointments with our clients, updating accounts, enrolling and maintaining relationships with new clients.
Working in a decentralized management structure empowers our teams to rapidly make decisions that impact how they perform.
We keep an open-door policy for new ideas and encourage our team members to use their ingenuity to execute their duties in an experiential and results measured setting.
With double digit growth over the last decade we are looking for great individuals to fill various union benefit and customer service roles.
Requirements
