    AGM Management is looking for a full-time maintenance technician to work at our 100 unit affordable housing complex in South Bend, IN

    Qualifications:

    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
    • Own and be able to use basic tools required for the job
    • Lift/move up to 75 pounds
    • Be able to work on feet for 8+ hours per day
    • 1+ years of apartment maintenance experience
    • Advanced carpentry skills and ability to install and maintain doors, windows, wood siding, drywall, and cabinets
    • Skilled trade training certifications - HVAC, electrical, or plumbing (HVAC preferred)
    • Basic HVAC experience (preferred)
    • EPA, OSHA, or related industry certifications (preferred)

    Core Functions:

    • Make ready vacant units including painting, drywall, carpentry, and general repairs
    • Perform routine repairs, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting, and drywall
    • Obtain bids from vendors for routine work and order materials
    • Perform routine inspections
    • Perform on-call emergency work (as required)
