Duties:

- Oversee and coordinate daily production activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

- Ensure production goals and targets are met by monitoring workflow and adjusting schedules as needed

- Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure quality work

- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that may arise

- Maintain accurate production records and reports

- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Skills:

- Previous manufacturing production leadership backgroun d with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Basic math skills for calculating production metrics and analyzing data

- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks

- Forklift certification is a plus
