Job Description

We are looking to add an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as the Marketing Representative.You will be responsible for meeting with local children hospitals, pediatricians, preschools, etc. to introduce our team and present and sell our services.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Primary driver to create brand awareness and drive community engagement to effectively increase overall enrollment of clients in established and new markets.
• Create and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
• Creation and implementation of the overall marketing strategy tied to the goals and objectives of the company in conjunction with executive leadership team.
• Responsibilities include: leading, managing, and supporting all marketing functions of the company. Marketing functions include but are not limited to outreach, social media, communication, public relations, website, events and advertising. 
• Responsible for acquiring and presenting marketing analytics for company growth initiatives.
• Collaboration with leadership team members to carry out company wide goals and initiatives.
• Producing, analyzing and reporting metrics that demonstrate effectiveness of marketing strategy.
• Creation and management of annual marketing department budget. 
• Recruiting staff to work with potential clients

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree and
• (3) years of experience in sales, advertisement, and other related fields
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment 
• Required travel up to 25%; other office locations, organization events, and managing direct reports
