    ABOUT THIS ROLE:

    In this role, you will join our team reporting to the Director of Implementation, Training & Support and working daily with the Data & Analytics team.  Over the past 2 years, the Data & Analytics team has designed and built a robust cloud data warehouse, data pipelines, analytics, and business intelligence products.   Along with an increasing variety of stakeholder engagement, the need for new products and services has equally risen.

    In joining the team, you will collaborate with the AHTG team and stakeholders to understand, communicate, and document product ideas, feature requests and issues to facilitate an evergreen product backlog for the Data & Analytics team.  As an integral team member, the person selected for this role will have significant influence with our business stakeholders and over our product roadmaps.     WHAT YOU’LL DO IN COLLABORATION WITH THE TEAM:

    • Collaborate with data & analytics engineers, product managers, software developers, sales, and other business stakeholders to improve data and analytics capabilities.
    • Interview business stakeholders to gather feedback, requirements, and user expectations for new products, features and existing issues.
    • Persistently question all involved stakeholders to discover new perspectives and angles to ensure requirements quality.
    • Document and decompose gathered requirements into refined user stories in collaboration with the technical team to drive actionable work.
    • Participate in product backlog prioritization and strategic planning activities.
    • Participate with team in troubleshooting issues reported by business stakeholders.
    • Perform occasional product demos and walkthroughs for business audiences.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations to diverse internal audiences.
    • Participate in product testing to ensure user acceptance.
    • Support and improve team processes.

    WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

    • 2+ years of hands-on business analysis experience working on software, data or technical projects using an Agile framework like Scrum or similar.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on team collaboration.
    • Strong organization skills - able to decompose complex concepts into discrete units.
    • Excellent wrangling data in tools like Excel and Power BI (SQL is a bonus)
    • Experience working in the Healthcare Staffing industry preferred
    • Your informed opinions and creative ideas to help the team and find the best solutions
