FEFA LLC is seeking a skilled AI Application Developer to help design and deliver custom AI applications for federal and private clients as well as internal learning applications leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have experience building end-to-end solutions with M365, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform, while also bringing strong full-stack development expertise and a background in applied AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Copilot Studio Integration: Building and maintaining conversational workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio to connect workers and learners with LLM-powered support.
- Data Capture & Processing: Designing mechanisms to harvest and process data from user prompts and interactions across M365 applications.
- Classification Model Development: Building and training NLP-based classification models that accurately assign user prompts to topics within external taxonomies.
- Data Repositories: Creating backend systems that compile user activity into various formats, reports, and other applications.
- Analytics & Dashboards: Developing APIs and leveraging Power BI to deliver user analytic dashboards.
- Full Stack Delivery: Owning the architecture, including front-end UI, back-end services, and data pipelines that powers various applications.
- Proven experience developing and deploying applications within the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform).
- Strong proficiency in modern full-stack frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience building and training classification models (NLP preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to integrate data pipelines with analytics tools such as Power BI.
- Familiarity with taxonomy mapping, data rollups, and workforce/learning systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver in a collaborative, iterative environment.
