Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Business AI Consultant to guide enterprise clients through the strategy, design, and implementation of AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate combines top-tier consulting experience with deep business acumen and hands-on knowledge of AI technologies.
Key Qualifications
- MBA required (from an accredited institution).
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, digital transformation, data/AI consulting, or related fields.
- Previous experience at a Big Four consulting firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or a leading AI-native organization (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepMind, Microsoft AI, Google/DeepMind AI teams, AWS AI, Meta AI, etc.).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, LLM applications, data strategy, AI governance, and enterprise-scale implementation.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business impact.
- Exceptional client-facing skills: stakeholder management, executive communication, workshop facilitation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to define AI strategy , business cases, and adoption roadmaps.
- Assess organizational readiness and identify opportunities for AI-driven optimization or new value creation.
- Lead discovery sessions and translate business requirements into actionable AI solution designs.
- Work with technical teams to deliver PoCs, pilots, and production implementation.
- Support change management, enablement, and operationalization of AI capabilities across the enterprise.
- Advise on AI governance , risk, responsible AI, and compliance frameworks.
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies, trends, and best practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LLMs, vector databases, prompt engineering, RAG, agentic systems, or AI product design.
- Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and lead cross-functional teams.
