    Position Overview 

    We are seeking a dynamic and strategic AI Training and Workshop Change Management Leader to spearhead the design, delivery, and adoption of AI-related training programs and workshops across the organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth transitions during AI integration by fostering a culture of learning, adaptability, and innovation. The ideal candidate will blend expertise in change management, instructional design, and AI technologies to empower teams and drive sustainable transformation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Change Management & Organizational Readiness: Implement change management strategies through impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness evaluations to ensure seamless AI integration aligned with business goals.

    • Training Strategy & Delivery: Deliver tailored AI training programs and scalable train-the-trainer frameworks, emphasizing practical application and sustainable adoption.

    • Knowledge Management & Transfer: Establish systems to capture and share AI best practices and learning resources, ensuring efficient transfer between teams and stakeholders.

    • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Collaborate across teams to tailor strategies, simplify AI concepts for non-technical audiences, and foster continuous learning and innovation.

    • Performance Measurement & Improvement: Set KPIs to assess training effectiveness, gather feedback, and refine programs for alignment with evolving needs.

    Required Qualifications

    • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, Public Policy, or a related discipline. 
    • Equivalent work experience demonstrating progressive responsibility and expertise in AI strategy, architecture, delivery, or enablement may be considered instead of a formal degree.
    • 7+ years of experience in change management, training development, or digital transformation, preferably in AI or emerging technologies.

    • Proven experience delivering training and change programs in federal and commercial enterprise environments.

    • Strong knowledge of AI tools, platforms, and their business applications.

    Preferred Attributes

    • AI Risk & Impact Communication: Ability to clearly articulate AI-related risks (e.g., bias, explainability, model drift) and their business implications to non-technical stakeholders. Skilled in developing communication strategies that foster trust, transparency, and ethical AI adoption.
    • Human-Centered Design Mindset: Experience applying design thinking and user-centered approaches to AI training and change initiatives. Capable of designing inclusive learning experiences that address diverse user needs and promote equitable AI integration.
    • Strategic Enablement in Regulated Environments: Proven success leading AI adoption and workforce transformation in complex, regulated sectors (e.g., federal, healthcare, finance), aligning training and change strategies with compliance, security, and mission-critical objectives.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration for Responsible AI: Demonstrated ability to work across technical, legal, HR, and compliance teams to embed responsible AI practices into organizational culture, including support for AI governance bodies or Centers of Excellence.
