Description of Duties:

---

The AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions that address complex business challenges. This role involves building and training machine learning and deep learning models, performing data preparation and feature engineering, and implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines that integrate large language models with vector search capabilities. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain AI infrastructure, package models as APIs for integration into existing applications, and monitor production systems for performance, reliability, and model drift.

Skills and Experience:

---

• Designing, developing, and training machine learning and AI models (including deep learning) to address specific business challenges
• Preparing, cleaning, and transforming large datasets; performing feature engineering and statistical analysis to optimize model performance
• Designing and implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines that integrate large language models with vector search capabilities
• Building and maintaining AI infrastructure, including data pipelines and training environments
• Packaging models as APIs and integrating them into existing applications
• Monitoring production models, tracking performance metrics and model drift, and iterating to maintain system reliability and accuracy
• Strong programming proficiency in Python, C#, and open systems, with experience in machine learning and AI frameworks
• Solid understanding of data engineering concepts and hands-on experience with SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases
• Creating user interfaces that deliver actionable insights to end users
• Able to work in a collaborative team environment to obtain the best results.
