    The Opportunity
    We’re looking for a dynamic AI Evangelist to lead Adobe’s artificial intelligence storytelling across the Americas region. In this role, you will be the voice of Adobe AI within Digital Experience, educating the market, shaping executive conversations, and demonstrating how AI drives smarter marketing, better customer experiences, and stronger business results.
    You will influence strategy across diverse industries and cultures, collaborating closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to deliver consistent and compelling narratives that resonate with Americas customers!

    What You’ll Do
    Thought Leadership & Evangelism

    • Represent Adobe at key Americas industry events, executive briefings, and media engagements.
    • Create and localize thought leadership content that highlights Adobe’s AI differentiation.
    • Inspire customers with a strong vision for AI-powered digital transformation.

    Sales & Customer Enablement

    • Partner with field teams to support strategic customer conversations and value-based storytelling.
    • Deliver enablement programs, messaging guidance, and playbooks grounded in Americas market needs.
    • Bring customer insights back into product and strategy discussions.

    Messaging & Strategy Alignment

    • Align Adobe’s global AI narrative to regional market priorities and maturity levels.
    • Stay ahead of competitive dynamics and evolving AI trends across Americas.
    • Act as the central source of truth for Digital Experience AI messaging in the region.

    What You’ll Need to Succeed

    • 10+ years in enterprise software, digital experience, or AI-related roles within Americas.
    • Strong understanding of marketing technology and how modern marketing teams operate.
    • Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills.
    • Credibility with senior leaders, including CMOs and digital transformation executives.
    • Experience influencing cross-functional teams and driving alignment.
    • Passion for innovation and shaping the future of customer experience in Americas.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $148,800 -- $260,000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
