Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite: Tuesday–Thursday)

iSphere is seeking a results-driven AI Implementation Analyst to join an enterprise AI transformation team. In this hybrid role, you’ll bridge the gap between data science, business strategy, and operational impact — helping to scale AI-powered solutions that drive measurable performance across a national enterprise footprint.
As a core member of the AI Implementation team , you’ll work alongside innovation, product, and data teams to translate emerging technology into actionable business outcomes. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related field ( MBA or Master’s preferred)
2–4 years of experience in strategy, product, consulting, or innovation roles (ideally with exposure to AI or advanced analytics )
Demonstrated ability to connect technical capabilities with business value and measure impact
Strong presentation and visualization skills using PowerPoint, Power BI, or Tableau (coding not required)
Cross-functional project experience, particularly with Data, Compliance, and InfoSec teams
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and executive communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of AI/ML use cases (e.g., predictive maintenance, generative AI, automation)
Background in operations-heavy industries (e.g., logistics, facilities, utilities, manufacturing)
Experience with agile or innovation stage-gate processes
Basic financial modeling skills (NPV, ROI, sensitivity analysis)
