Our AI consulting division, newgig.ai, deploys AI-powered automations directly into professional service firms — healthcare practices, law firms, CPA firms, and staffing companies. Real workflows, real ROI. We're hiring an AI Implementation Consultant to help keep up with amazing demand.

Highlights of the role include:

• Leading discovery sessions with practice owners to map workflows and identify automation opportunities
• Building AI-powered documentation tools — clinical notes for PT clinics, document drafting for law firms, report generation for CPA practices
• Designing compliance-aware intake automation and client engagement workflows
• Configuring revenue cycle and billing automations including eligibility verification, claim scrubbing, and AR follow-up
• Creating executive dashboards that turn operational data into actionable insights
• Training staff end-to-end on every automation you deliver

What we're looking for:

• Experience working in or consulting for healthcare, legal, accounting, or staffing firms
• Understanding of how these businesses actually run — the billing, the compliance, the client lifecycle
• Comfort learning AI/LLM tools — we'll teach you Claude and prompt engineering
• Tech-curious mindset with some exposure to workflow automation, RPA, or scripting
• Someone who can sit across from a clinic owner or managing partner and earn trust fast

Remote, $90K–$130K base + performance bonuses tied to client outcomes. You report directly to our leadership team. We value a strong desire to stretch as much out of AI as possible, and industry knowledge as much as technical skill because you can't automate a workflow you don't or wont' understand.
