SkillSpout helps organizations responsibly and effectively integrate generative AI into their operations through structured training, policy development, and hands-on implementation. About Momentum ** AI**

Momentum AI is a structured program designed to help small to midsize organizations adopt AI responsibly, affordably, and effectively. Momentum AI follows a three-phase process: Leadership Training, Policy Development, and Full Team Training and Rollout. Our comprehensive, problem-based approach equips both leadership and staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to leverage AI securely and strategically for business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

As an AI Implementation Specialist, you'll:

• Lead the implementation of SkillSpout's Momentum AI program with client organizations.
• Deliver engaging in person training sessions.
  • Facilitate hands-on activities such as comparing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot), refining prompts, automating tasks, and exploring policy-based challenges.
  • Clearly explain technical AI concepts and platform functionalities.
  • Teach principles of AI privacy, security, and risk mitigation.
  • Guide learners through ethical considerations and bias reduction strategies.
  • Introduce and support prompt engineering techniques and reusable templates.
  • Support the use of Custom GPTs in policy application and enforcement.
  • Support the development and refinement of AI use policies.
• Adapt delivery based on client needs and participant backgrounds.
• Assist leadership teams in tool selection and policy rollout presentations.
• Act as overall thought partner and leader for clients.
• Stay current with emerging AI tools, trends, and best practices.
• Contribute feedback to improve training content and delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3-5 years of proven experience in program implementation, technical training, or client-facing consulting, ideally in fast-paced or startup environments.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet deliverables on schedule.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including in-person sessions with executives and frontline staff.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Custom GPTs) and their practical use in business settings.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, and CRMs like HubSpot.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to be onsite for client engagements in the assigned region.

Commitment and Compensation

• Compensation: $70,000-$90,000 annually
• 15% on site client time; 85% remote
• Tools Provided: All necessary tools, templates are provided by SkillSpout.
