    Opening Pitch

    You're the translator between cutting-edge AI and everyday users. As an AI Implementation Specialist at SkillSpout , you'll guide clients from “What can this do?” to “Here's how we use it every day.”

    You'll implement our proven MomentumAI Program — a structured, playbook-driven approach to adoption — and tailor it to each client's workflows and context. If you love turning fuzzy problems into teachable steps and watching teams light up when it clicks, this role is your sweet spot.

    The Role

    This role follows a well-documented curriculum and proven playbooks. You'll bring curiosity, technical acumen, and an instructional mindset to tailor them to each client. Think craft over hype : people-first implementations that drive real usage, adoption, and measurable outcomes.

    What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)

    • Run kickoff calls to confirm client goals, success metrics, and use cases
    • Configure AI tools and workflows using SkillSpout's curriculum (accounts, prompts, guardrails)
    • Adapt curriculum modules to fit client context (roles, data sources, governance)
    • Deliver live trainings (small-medium size), with hands-on exercises and Q&A
    • Host “office hours” to troubleshoot blockers and refine prompts/workflows
    • Teach principles of AI privacy, security, risk mitigation, and ethics
    • Define baseline and target adoption metrics per account (e.g., weekly active users, time saved, etc)
    • Stay current with AI tools, trends, and best practices to continuously enrich instruction

    Required Qualifications & Skills

    • 3–5 years of experience in technical training, consulting, or program implementation
    • Strong facilitation skills with executives and frontline employees (teaching background a plus)
    • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Custom GPTs, Gemini, Claude, Copilot)
    • Solid technical foundation and comfort learning new platforms quickly
    • Change enablement exposure (e.g., stakeholder mapping, pilot-to-rollout)
    • Excellent communication skills and a people-first approach
    • Has led live trainings (10–50 ppl) and produced learner materials.
    • Experience adapting training curricula
    • Demonstrated configuring AI tools for non-technical users (prompts, guardrails, permissioning).
    • Strong facilitation with executives + frontline.
    • Strong project management skills to juggle multiple client engagements
    • Willingness to travel for onsite client work (~15%)

    How Success is Measured

    • Within 30 days: Certified on curriculum; lead 2 sessions (with oversight)
    • Within 60 days: Support delivery across two additional clients; each has ≥1 documented workflow win; artifacts ≥95% complete; rework ≤10%.
    • Within 90 days: Independently leads a new client pilot; demonstrates ≥15% time-savings in at least one workflow/client; CSAT 4.6+; ≥95% completion on required checklists/artifacts with ≤5% rework; contributes 2+ curriculum improvements.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 annually
    • Tools: All necessary tools, templates, and training curriculum provided
