This is an on-site position based in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Remote work is not available for this role.

Position Overview

We are seeking a UI / Web Developer who is comfortable using modern AI tools to enhance web development and creative processes. This role focuses on building and iterating web interfaces, generating assets, and deploying production-ready projects using contemporary frameworks and automation tools.

The ideal candidate is comfortable experimenting with AI-assisted workflows while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

Design UI layouts, navigation structures, and user flows

Translate marketing objectives into functional web interfaces

Use AI tools to assist with:

Visual asset generation and refinement

Page layout creation

Content iteration

Front-end code generation

Create and edit images using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Firefly AI

Develop and deploy front-end projects using:

Next.js

Tailwind CSS

GitHub

Vercel

Maintain and manage repositories and deployments

Optimize workflows for efficiency and scalability

Communicate project decisions and business impact

Required Skills & Experience

Understanding of UI / UX principles and site architecture

Experience with:

Next.js

Tailwind CSS

GitHub

Vercel

Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Firefly AI

Experience using AI tools for code, content, and image generation

Ability to manage projects independently

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

You do not need to be a senior developer; however, you must be comfortable executing production-ready work using modern web tools.
