    The Opportunity:

    Join our “DevOps for Content” revolution as we partner with global brands and agencies to transform their end-to-end creative workflows - from ideation to activation - to deliver AI-powered content services with speed, scale, and governance.

    Through an AI-first experimentation approach and deep expertise in both first-party and third-party AI models, we develop new applications, platforms, and scalable patterns that unlock the GenAI-powered Content Supply Chain. We function as a continuous product innovation engine-feeding repeatable customer solutions straight into the product roadmap to accelerate product-led growth.

    As an AI Program Manager, you will orchestrate people and processes to ensure the successful execution of our most complex GenAI engagements across Adobe and non-Adobe solutions. You have proven experience successfully launching complex digital transformations and AI applications to market - on time and on budget. You are adept at managing creative and technical resources and customers of varying levels. You can see the forest and trees to identify and manage program risks and opportunities proactively.     What You’ll Do:

    • Own the end-to-end governance of complex GenAI deployments involving Adobe and non-Adobe teams for enterprise customers

    • Responsible for ensuring implementations are designed to meet articulated business objectives and that accurate tracking mechanisms for objectives are established early in the program

    • Track delivery KPIs: business impact/value realization, adoption, customer satisfaction, solution performance, and on-time launch

    • Lead regular status meetings, retrospectives, and executive updates

    • Proactively manage scope changes and program risks. Develop mitigation plans of critical issues to leadership for visibility and timely resolution. Ensure that core business objectives are focused on within time and budget constraints.

    • Align cross-functional teams around clear goals, timelines, and outcomes

    What You Need to Succeed:

    • 5-10+ years' experience in technical program management, consulting, or delivery leadership. Experience includes senior program orchestration responsibilities leading large, global initiatives/programs.

    • Customer-Centricity: Always prioritizing the customer and their needs and expectations first in everything you do. You are outstanding at creating a culture of customer-centricity among your team and your extended ecosystem.

    • Experience leading multiple partners involved in solving sophisticated problems using Agile methodologies

    • Extraordinary cross-functional collaborator; Inventive problem-solver who can lead key partners to tackle business problems beyond assigning tasks and taking minutes

    • High attention to detail; Strong presentation skills, both verbal and written; ability to present effectively at all levels

    • Is a motivated, self-starter who can make progress quickly even when there is ambiguity

    • Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, demanding, and fluid environment and maintain a can-do demeanor.

    • Experience with Agile Scrum and Commanding knowledge of various project and process applications (i.e., SharePoint, Jira, Workfront, Miro, Confluence, AI tools).

    • Familiarity with GenAI concepts: LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, model fine-tuning

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required

    • Certification in project/program management (e.g., Project Management Institute’s PMP) desired.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $131,700 -- $242,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
