Position Overview
At RightSeat.AI, you’ll step into high-impact client engagements where your AI expertise drives real transformation. You’ll help shape our strategic offerings, guide clients through complex AI governance challenges, and lead by example. Working alongside experienced mentors and cross-functional teams, you’ll strengthen your skills through both hands-on experience and targeted learning—building lasting client relationships and contributing directly to AI strategy and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Help clients assessthe strength of their AI governance, risk management, and control practices across model development, testing, and deployment.
- Create and apply AI governance frameworks that align with company policies and regulations, with attention to ethics and risk control
- Review AI systems and GenAI tools to spot risks or weak points, and suggest practical solutions to fix them.
- Plan and run testing to find possible model failures and related risks.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support a consistent approach to AI governance and risk oversight.
Required Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Statistic, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline is required for all roles.
- In lieu of a formal degree, candidates may qualify with equivalent work experience demonstrating progressive responsibility and expertise in AI strategy, architecture, delivery, or enablement.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with AI model testing and validation
- Experience with AI model development, AI/ML Ops, or GenAI software engineering
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates integrity, strong values, and a solid work ethic
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Stays current with AI trends and regulations and adapts quickly to new technologies
Preferred Attributes
- Experience with Responsible AI tools or platforms, such as IBM Watson OpenScale, Azure AI Responsible AI dashboard, or Google Vertex AI
- Hands-on familiarity with MLOps pipelines and integration of governance checkpoints throughout the lifecycle
- Experience working with government or defense clients, especially in regulated environments
- Project management or consulting background, with a proven ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations
