    About Aspire Fine Homes

Aspire Fine Homes is a luxury residential builder committed to crafting exceptional homes in the most sought-after communities. We don't just build homes — we build experiences, neighborhoods, and lasting value. As we grow, we're investing in the tools, systems, and intelligence that will define how we operate for the next decade.

    The Opportunity

This is not a coffee-fetching internship.

This is a high-impact, project-driven role at the intersection of artificial intelligence, real estate strategy, and business operations. You'll work directly with leadership to design and deploy AI-powered tools, surface market intelligence, and streamline how we build, sell, and communicate — with real deliverables that ship.

If you're energized by combining cutting-edge AI tools with real business problems in the luxury real estate space, this is your summer.

    What You'll Work On

You'll own meaningful projects across six core areas:

    1. Custom AI Application Design and prototype a proprietary AI tool tailored to Aspire's unique workflows — from client intake to project delivery — built around how we actually operate.

    2. Process Automation & Scale Map our current operations, identify bottlenecks, and implement AI-assisted automations that allow our team to do more with less friction and greater consistency.

    3. Sales & Customer Communication Develop a streamlined, AI-enhanced sales pipeline and communication system — from first inquiry through closing and beyond — that elevates the client experience at every touchpoint.

    4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis Build repeatable research frameworks using AI tools to track competitors, buyer trends, and market positioning in real time. Deliver insights leadership can act on.

    5. MLS Data Intelligence Access and analyze local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) data to identify high-opportunity build locations, emerging submarkets, and shifts in buyer demand.

    6. Product & Pricing Strategy Synthesize land availability, buyer demand, and comparable sales data into actionable recommendations on what to build, where to build it, and how to price it competitively.

    Who We're Looking For

We're open to all backgrounds and experience levels. What matters most:

AI fluency — comfortable with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or similar, and excited to push them further than most people do

Real estate curiosity — interest or coursework in real estate, urban planning, economics, business, or data analytics

Clear communication — able to translate complex AI outputs into plain-language recommendations for a non-technical audience

Self-direction — can own a project from brief to delivery with minimal hand-holding

Strong writing — can explain ideas clearly in a slide, a document, or a one-pager

Familiarity with MLS platforms or real estate market fundamentals is a plus, not a requirement

No-code or low-code experience is a plus (Zapier, Make, Notion AI, Airtable, etc.)

    What You'll Gain

Direct mentorship from company leadership — your work will be presented, reviewed, and taken seriously

A portfolio of real AI tools and strategies deployed at a live luxury real estate company

Deep exposure to residential development, land acquisition, and luxury home sales cycles

Hands-on experience building repeatable systems using frontier AI tools

Flexible schedule and remote-friendly structure — we care about output, not clock-watching

Potential for continued engagement or a full-time opportunity based on performance

Academic credit arrangements available if required by your institution
