    Job Description

We’re looking for an AI Transformation Consultant to help organizations rethink how work gets done using generative AI, automation, and agent-based workflows.

In this role, you’ll work closely with business and technology leaders to identify high-impact opportunities for AI, rapidly prototype solutions, and help scale AI-enabled ways of working across the enterprise. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and applied AI — helping clients move from experimentation to measurable business impact.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines structured problem solving with curiosity about emerging AI capabilities and a builder’s mindset. You should be excited by fast-moving technologies, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and motivated by solving real business problems with AI.

You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with modern AI platforms and tools, including LLMs, copilots, workflow automation platforms, and agentic systems, while partnering with cross-functional teams to shape how organizations adopt AI responsibly and effectively.

    What You’ll Do

_Identify & Shape AI Opportunities _

    • Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for generative AI, automation, and AI-enabled transformation
    • Translate ambiguous business challenges into practical AI use cases, workflows, and solution concepts
    • Help prioritize AI initiatives based on business value, feasibility, scalability, and user impact
    • Define success metrics tied to efficiency, adoption, quality, and measurable business outcomes

    _Design & Deliver AI-Enabled Solutions _

    • Help design, prototype, and implement AI-powered workflows and agent-driven solutions across functions such as operations, finance, sales, customer support, and enterprise services
    • Structure multi-step workflows, including decision logic, orchestration, inputs/outputs, and human-in-the-loop processes
    • Collaborate closely with technical, product, and data teams to move solutions from pilot to scaled deployment
    • Evaluate emerging AI tools and platforms to identify practical enterprise applications

    Drive AI Transformation Execution

    • Support end-to-end delivery across multiple AI and transformation initiatives
    • Drive execution across cross-functional teams while balancing speed, quality, and business priorities
    • Help establish scalable operating models, governance approaches, and implementation best practices for enterprise AI adoption
    • Navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems in fast-paced client environments

    _Measure Impact & Optimize _

    • Track adoption, performance, and business impact of AI-enabled solutions
    • Analyze user feedback, workflow outputs, and operational metrics to continuously improve effectiveness and user experience
    • Refine prompts, workflows, and operating processes to improve reliability and business outcomes
    • Support the development of repeatable playbooks and scalable delivery approaches

    _Enable Adoption & Change _

    • Help organizations adopt new AI-enabled ways of working through training, change management, and stakeholder engagement
    • Educate business teams on how to effectively and responsibly leverage AI tools and solutions
    • Develop documentation, playbooks, and best practices to support scalable adoption
    • Partner with legal, risk, and compliance stakeholders to support responsible AI implementation
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 2–7 years of experience in consulting, business transformation, product, operations, program delivery, or technology-related roles
    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Experience supporting digital, data, automation, or AI-related initiatives in a consulting or enterprise environment
    • Strong understanding of generative AI concepts, including LLMs, AI agents, copilots, automation workflows, and enterprise AI adoption challenges
    • Hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools such as OpenAI, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or workflow automation platforms is strongly preferred
    • Ability to translate business problems into structured solutions and practical implementation approaches
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working across business and technical teams
    • Product and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business impact
    • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with a high degree of ownership and ambiguity
    • Demonstrated curiosity for emerging AI capabilities and a willingness to continuously learn and experiment
    • Experience working with enterprise systems, data platforms, CRM tools, or operational workflows is a plus
    • Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies or transformation programs is preferred
    • Experience in consulting, technology, financial services, or fintech industries is a plus
