MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• 7+ years of overall IT experience with at least 2+ years hands on experience in TOSCA

• Experience in TOSCA custom code with C# is highly preferred

• Experience in TOSCA framework design and best practices

• Minimum 6 years experience in Automation (UFT or Selenium)

• Experience in  creation of automation strategy and  plan

• Experience in Guiding & Mentoring Team for Technical queries

• Proficiency with one or more of the following programming languages - C#, Java, Python, VBScript, Ruby

• Strong in SQL and understanding of Database Management (Oracle, SQL, MySQL)

• Strong Analysis, Problem-Solving Skills

• Must have experience in STLC , Testing Methodologies , Testing Techniques, Testing Management, and Quality Management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

-Develop the test plan for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan.

• Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization.

• Assign task to all testing team members and ensure that all of them have sufficient work in the project

• Proficient in Automation Test design and execution

• Publish KPIs for all onshore Testing Projects on weekly, or milestone, basis.

• Manage Delivery by Metrics.

• Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones
