• Handle customer inquiries
• Provide information about the products and services (training is provided)
• Troubleshoot and resolve any and all concerns product concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Here you are in business for yourself, but not by yourself. If you have the ability and drive to train and manage, we will teach you how to build an agency or expand your operation to other states. Absolutely no cold calling, door knocking, or selling your family and friends! Leads are provided upon successful completion of training.
