Our rapidly expanding regional offices in the Milwaukee, WI (Wauwatosa), Saint Louis, MO (Chesterfield),and Cleveland, OH (North Royalton) are currently looking to hire professional Benefit Consultants / Advisors that have the ability serve our members all over the Midwest virtually and remotely from your home or one of our offices. We have recorded double digit growth within the past two years and growing so rapidly we are planning on opening two more offices in the next year and a half. We specialize in providing permanent and portable benefits for Associations, Labor Unions and Credit Unions members where we have a have third party agreements with their organization. The Benefits Specialist Position The position we are looking to fill provides excellent customer service by consulting and advising members about their benefits virtually and remotely. There are many growth opportunities available to individuals that do not see a ceiling on their career. For those that desire leadership and management opportunities we hold workshops and Leadership Academy seminars many times during the year. We provide the tools and guidance for our fast-track management program. We are looking for individuals that we can train and develop for a long term career and have the ability to work virtually and independently from home or one of our offices. Individuals Must:- · Be coachable and willing to learn · Be driven and have a desire to grow with our company · Have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a "family-like" atmosphere. · Have reliable transportation to meet with members · Excellent written and oral communication skills · Must be able to maintain confidentiality · Basic PC skills and possess a lap top for member presentations · Strong decision making skills with the ability to analyze situations and make logical conclusions.
