We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team of Virtual Benefits Representatives! Since 1951, AIL has served as the exclusive union benefits provider for high-risk occupations nationwide. Throughout the month of May we will be meeting with candidates from all backgrounds and experience levels in our quest to discover the next future leaders of our company. All candidates will be invited to attend a virtual Career Briefing webinar where we will explain A to Z about our company history and our open opportunities available. If selected to move forward, you will be invited back for a final one-on-one interview, and a formal job offer may be presented at that time. Entry level typically earns $1,000+/week. Income after first promotion into leadership typically exceeds $100,000/year within the first year.
