WEB DEVELOPER (MID-LEVEL)

We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a mid-level Web Developer to contribute to the design and development of Single Page Applications (SPA) using PHP and JavaScript Frameworks. The Web Developer will work closely with our government customers and other web and application developers working with open source products. Candidates should be proficient in PHP, JAVASCRIPT FRONT END FRAMEWORKS, RESPONSIVE DESIGN TECHNIQUES, AND EMERGING WEB-BASED TECHNOLOGIES. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS (3-5 YEARS WITH MOST OF THE FOLLOWING)

• Experience with web application development, preferably including PHP and JavaScript Front end frameworks (Knockout.js, React, Angular)
• Experience with JavaScript Frameworks testing tools such as Casperjs, Phantomjs
• Experience with tools Visual Studio Code, Git Repository and DevOps
• Knowledge of cross browser compatibility issues (CSS, JavaScript, DHTML)
• Familiarity with Azure PaaS Services is a plus
• Must be able to triage, troubleshoot, and respond to technical challenges
• Familiarity with server side and browser scripting
• Familiarity with a SQL database platforms, web servers, and environments
• Demonstrate a willingness, interest, and aptitude to learn new technologies and skills
• Requires proven ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
• Requires strong communication (verbal and written) skills with other team members and clients
• Possess a willingness and attitude to help customers find workable solutions

CLEARANCE:

• US citizen with an active or interim Secret Clearance

EDUCATION:

• B. S. degree in a technical field of study
