We are seeking an Entry Level Customer Service to join our team! Our company represents some of the worlds biggest Non- Profits and Charities! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product information! With our high uncapped commissions and base pay, it's the perfect time to cash up before Christmas!  RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries
• Provide information about the products
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products
• Adept in managing and implementing various fundraising strategies
• Has a passion for learning, and a flexible approach to business challenges
• Understanding of the multifaceted dimensions of philanthropy, ethics, motivations for giving and volunteering, research and cultivation practices, and development office functions including gift processing, prospect and donor histories, and fundraising KPI's.
