Verisk’s Summer Internship Program is designed to provide our interns with real work experience, professional development events, and networking opportunities. We're looking for motivated individuals who embody the Verisk Way to Serve, Add Value, and Innovate. The 2021 Summer Internship Program runs from June 1 - August 6.
The Intern Program is not eligible for work visa sponsorship. If you will require work visa sponsorship after completing your degree, you do not meet the basic requirements of the summer Intern role.
The intern would function as an entry-level Cyber Security Analyst in our Boston Technical and Services Group.
The undergraduate intern's responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
. Monitoring and initiating incident response procedure based on alert from SIEM.
. Review reports from security technologies to detect anomalies and initiate appropriate procedural response.
. Participating in the malware incident response process by collecting all relevant information and recording actions in incident response report.
. Create/improve supporting documentation related to specific use cases and tools.
. Successfully complete projects and work tasks as assigned.
. Develop working relationships with staff and management that allows for successful business interactions.
Qualifications
You are currently studying towards an under-graduate or post-graduate degree course or MBA, expecting to graduate in Spring 2022.
Qualification: Undergraduate and/or Graduate in (Computer Science, Cyber security, MIS)
