JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of all types of commercial HVAC systems. You will diagnose and repair issues, conduct regular preventative maintenance, and ensure that our clients' systems are operating effectively and efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Installation, maintenance, and repair of all types of commercial HVAC systems.
Regular inspection and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal operation.
Diagnosis and repair of mechanical and electrical components of HVAC systems.
Diagnosing diverse service issues, obtaining any replacement parts, preparing an estimation, and performing repairs.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring all jobs are completed in a timely manner.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Providing excellent customer service and building strong client relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 5 years of experience in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of commercial HVAC systems.
HVAC Certification preferred (e.g., NATE).
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and responsibly without direct supervision.
Demonstrated ability to handle emergency repair situations.
