    The Location: Experience resort-style living at our in downtown Costa Mesa. Our Community sits on 19 acres of exotic grounds located across the street from South Coast Plaza shopping!

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage consumer life cycle, from acquisition to retention.
    • Lease apartments and assist in community marketing.
    • Follow sales process for on-site visits, including scheduling, presenting, giving tours, and following up.
    • Provide leasing support to all communities in AIR portfolio.
    • Consistently reach or exceed monthly leasing goals.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 1+ year sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant).
    • Familiar with goal setting/achievement and following a sales process.
    • Exceptional customer service skills to address current/future resident needs.
    • Reliable transportation.
    • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings/weekends.
    • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

    AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance at the individual, team, and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary, bonuses, and benefit options topped off with:

    • Expected hourly rate at $18 an hour + commissions. Teammates in this role can expect to earn $92,000-$110,000+ in annual compensation. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
