    Job Description

    We are hiring a Rent Collections Clerk to join our centralized team in the Denver Tech Center, CO.

    Job Duties:

    • Primarily responsible for posting and processing rent payments.
    • Accurately records the receipt of payment and charges applicable fees to the appropriate ledger.
    • Drive and support the printing of final account statements, deposit refunds and mail appropriately. May work directly with current/past residents and/or community team to answer questions or resolve collection related issues.
    • As requested, partners with the Collections department on special projects or assists with final account statements.
    • Monitor and ensure accurate posting and reconciliation of assigned accounts.
    • Monitor receipts. Prepare and record financial transitions. Analyze, research and resolve exception items.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Detail oriented individual with proven ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
    • Ability to communicate clearly and interact professionally with internal/external customers.
