Job Responsibilities:

• With minimal guidance, you will complete resident requested repairs and service (i.e., troubleshoot HVAC equipment, install/repair complex plumbing, troubleshoot/replace electrical components, install/repair/replace household appliances, etc.)
• You will provide functional/technical direction and training to lower-level Service Technicians and support the development of technical skills
• May assist with managing vendor quality

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in some form of facilities or building environment.
• Proficient skills in all trades OR expert level in at least two trades (plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)

As an AIR Service Technician, you _ must_ have:

• A reliable mode of transportation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks (depending on community needs and seasonality), and on-call shifts (at least one week a month)
• Comfort with physical activity as you must be able and willing to move heavy equipment and machinery
• Ability to read, write, and speak English

• Expected pay rate of $23.00-$26.00 per hour. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
